Loorak’s employment practice has involved representing employees in age, disability and gender (including sexual harassment) discrimination cases – including federal lawsuits, state lawsuits and proceedings before the EEOC and the New York State Division of Human Rights – and representing and counseling employers in a variety of discrimination cases. Roy has written and lectured to corporate human resource managers on the topic of workplace torts (copy of article available on request). He has also represented both companies and individuals in negotiating (as well as in terminating) employment agreements.
